Early sponsors and exhibitors include prominent employers in every major sector, including Kaiser Permanente, Legacy Health, AWS Elemental, Gunderson, Daimler, Oh Planning + Design, Hoffman Construction, Wieden+Kennedy, and the Pacific Northwest Carpenters Institute. (Click here for our full list of early 2018 sponsors.)
The day is organized by the nonprofit Portland Workforce Alliance and has strong business community support. Employers can browse the PWA website to register online or learn more about the Expo. Employers say they love the Expo because it’s a cost-effective way to connect with their future workforce, reach a diverse audience, showcase their company and support 6,000+ high school students from 75+ high schools. It’s also a fun, energizing day.
The cost to exhibit is about $700 for private-sector employers, and only $300 for nonprofits. (Register by Nov. 30 for an early bird discount.)
