Are you a high school student interested in a career in the health care industry? Do you want to earn money while gaining exposure to Kaiser Permanente’s integrated healthcare system?
Petra Callin has served as a board member of the Portland Workforce Alliance since 2016, where she has worked diligently to connect students and teachers to career-learning experiences.
Oregon faces many challenges. However, there are many opportunities for improvement. Career learning, both in the community and in Career Technical Education classes, is proven to help students graduate, continue their education after high school, and find their footing in the world of work.
Our new offices are in Northeast Portland, next door to the fantastic community nonprofit Schoolhouse Supplies.
